I believe clarity can prevent a lot of unnecessary conflict. When roles, expectations, responsibilities, or communication are unclear, misunderstandings grow, and problems become harder to solve. Much of my work has centered on bringing clarity to those spaces—whether that means helping an organization improve a process, facilitating a difficult conversation, or helping individuals and co-parents work through conflict.
I bring together experience in public administration, mediation, facilitation, organizational leadership, and systems improvement to help people understand the problem in front of them, communicate more effectively, and find practical ways forward.
