About

Rozlyn E. Haley, MPA

Nonprofit Leader, Mediator, and Facilitator

Rozlyn Haley brings people together to work through conflict, understand different perspectives, and develop practical solutions. Her background spans public administration, civil rights, mediation, and nonprofit leadership, with a consistent focus on how people participate in decisions and access the services and opportunities that affect their lives.

As a mediator and facilitator, Rozlyn listens carefully, helps people clarify what matters to them, and supports conversations that move toward shared understanding and workable agreements. She adapts communication and processes to help people from different backgrounds, with different abilities, and with different needs participate meaningfully.

Leadership & Systems Thinking

Recognizing diverse perspectives is also central to how Rozlyn leads organizations and improves systems. Her experience in public administration, civil rights, and nonprofit leadership has taught her to consider both how a process is designed and how people actually experience it. Listening to those perspectives helps reveal barriers, strengthen coordination, and translate policy into practices that support meaningful participation.

As Executive Director of the Community Dispute Resolution Center of Missoula County, Rozlyn applies this approach to organizational operations, staff and volunteer development, policies and procedures, and program improvement.

Across this work, connection, unity, and shared purpose guide her approach to serving people and strengthening organizations.
